Known as the Champagne of teas, many tea connoisseurs often regard tea from the Darjeeling region of North Eastern India as some of the best in the world. Our pick of the current seasonal Darjeeling is delicate and light and has a muscatel and woody feel, overlaid with a hint of citrus and signature Darjeeling freshness. 

Enjoy:  A wonderful all-day tea.

Brewing:  Pour water just off the boil over one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup.  Infuse 3-5 mins. Best enjoyed black but you can also drink it with milk or a slice of lemon.
